Full installation service
Easyline offers a complete supply-and-install service for all domestic and commercial laundry chute products. Our installation team handles the full process from structural penetration to commissioning, ensuring the chute is correctly installed, levelled, and fire-stopped where required.
What is included in installation?
- Free design consultation, with a detailed blueprint and itemised quote
- Site survey and pre-installation consultation
- Structural penetration for each floor
- Chute tube section fitting and alignment, including angled sections up to 45° where needed
- Intake door and access door installation, fitted with fire-rated, lockable doors
- Discharge point installation
- Fire-stop collars at each floor penetration, in line with BS 476: Part 22
- Commission and handover
A typical two-storey domestic installation is completed in around 2–3 hours, so disruption to your home is kept to a minimum. Every job starts with our free design service, giving you a clear blueprint and an itemised quote before any work begins.
New builds
For new build properties, the ideal time to install the chute is during the first-fix stage before plasterboarding. We work alongside main contractors, ground workers and project managers.
Retro-fit installations
Retro-fit laundry chute installations are possible in most property types. We have experience with both masonry and timber-frame construction. A site survey will be required prior to confirmation of installation scope and cost.
Commercial projects
Commercial installations are project-managed by our team. We liaise with your main contractor, structural engineer and M&E team as required. All commercial installations are quoted individually following a technical review.
